To the editor:
When Brian Herman told me he was going to run for Columbia County Court Judge, I knew we had a candidate with the experience, the compassion, and the commitment to the law that we need.
Brian has close to forty years of experience practicing law. Within those four decades, he spent 14 years as a local judge here in Columbia County serving the Town of Copake and the City of Hudson.
He understands the law and how the U.S. Constitution must be upheld, even at the most local of levels. He respects the rights of individuals but will hold everyone accountable if laws are broken and crimes are committed.
He’s the judge Columbia County needs.
