Community Action of Greene County, Inc. Weatherization Assistance Program is soliciting bids for the installation of blown cellulose / insulation in Greene County homes. A bid package may be obtained at the offices of Community Action of Greene County, Inc., 7856 Route 9W, Catskill, New York, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. And 4:00 pm. Please call ahead at 518-943-9205. Your bid package must be returned to our office no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2023. Minority and Women owned businesses are encouraged to apply. The bid opening will be conducted at 2:15 p.m. 2/15/23. All bids must be sealed and marked �Insulation Bid�. The Weatherization Program receives funding through the U.S. Department of Energy and The Home Energy Assistance Program. The funding is distributed through New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, and is monitored by the Energy Service Bureau. Community Action of Greene County, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
