October 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. premises situate, lying and being in the City of Hudson, County of Columbia and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEING a parcel of land 40 feet in width in front on Spring Street and extending back 70 feet. Also all that lot, or parcel of land situate, in the City of Hudson and identified on the tax rolls of the City of Hudson as Block 520 Lot 53 Map L-7, being a parcel of land approximately 50 x 120 feet.

Said premises known as 15 SPRING STREET, HUDSON, NY
Approximate amount of lien $167,507.57 plus interest & costs.
Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment and Terms of Sale.
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
