NORTH CHATHAM — The North Chatham Free Library presents Getting A Good Night’s Sleep at 10 a.m. Dec. 6 via Zoom. Having enough refreshing, restorative sleep is more important than ever these days. But it’s also been harder for many people to achieve due to added stresses and lifestyle changes. Certified Adult Sleep Coach Seth Davis and the founder of Sleepably, a Denver, CO-based team of sleep coaches, will give attendees a deeper look into their sleep and how to enhance it. He’ll cover the fundamentals of how sleep cycles work; key factors that may be impairing sleep; and actionable advice you can take to fall asleep faster and get higher-quality rest. Registration is required. Email mail@northchathamlibrary.org for a Zoom link. Hosted by the Library’s Enriching Life, Increasing Knowledge (ELIK) committee.
