Spencertown Town Park Pavilion
A professional chef for 35 years, Linda tackles the sometimes overwhelming task of preserving the bounty of the garden for the home gardener/cook. The basics of canning, fermentation and freezing safely while preserving flavor will be discussed and demonstrated. Picnic table seating will be available at the pavilion, or if you prefer, please bring your own folding chair.
And....there will be samples of Linda’s goodies!
