Michael Benedict Jazz

I am working on booking dates with my two bands, Jazz Vibes and BOPITUDE. I play the vibraphone in Jazz Vibes in combinations ranging from duos to quintets. BOPITUDE is my Hard Bop (50’s and 60’s) Jazz Quintet where I lead from the drum chair. In addition to that I am continuing to play percussion for national touring shows at Proctors Theatre in Schenectady, NY as well as summer productions with Park Playhouse in Albany, NY. I also get to work with local high school students in the Capital Region and Catskills. To date I have shows coming up at Cairo-Durham, Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk, Schenectady and Greenville High Schools.
