New Take & Make Kits and So Much More!

This summer, we provided Athens youth FREE Take & Make Activity kits for STEM and MakerSpace. Youth and Parents told us how much they appreciated the activities. That got us thinking, why not expand our Take & Make offerings for more of our neighbors. Starting this week, we’re offering FREE Take & Make Activity kits for Preschoolers and FREE Take & Make Activity kits for Adults too!

While the weather is nice, we’re also providing some outdoor programs at the library. In-person programs held outside will honor the social distancing recommendations and masks are required.

Our library continues to provide Library resources and services curbside. If you need copies, fax, internet connection for home or a computer, please contact us. Unfortunately, our library is too small with limited ventilation to provide indoor programs at this time. If there’s anything more we can provide to help you and your family, please reach out to us. We’re here to help.

Curbside hours

Mondays 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

Wednesdays noon-4 p.m.

Fridays 1 p.m.-5 p.m.

Choose books and movies in the catalog and we’ll let you know when they’re ready for pickup. Call us at 518-945-1417 to arrange a day and time for pick up. When you arrive, call from your car and we’ll bring your items out to you.

Please return all items in our Dropbox.

All returned items are quarantined for 72 hours for your protection and ours.

Thank you and stay safe!
