Contributed photoThe Adaptive Sports Foundation at Windham welcomed patients from New York City’s Hospital for Special Surgery earlier this month. The foundation’s trained volunteers provided lessons and adapted ski equipment for young patients with cerebral palsy and other conditions, and they had a blast. The trip to Windham Mountain was made possible without cost for about a dozen patients courtesy of the hospital’s Adaptive Sports Academy.
