MARGARETVILLE — Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties had 12 agents who earned special recognition from the parent company for sales achievements in 2019.

Jill Ogden, who works out of the Timberland Properties Delhi office, was honored with the prestigious International President’s Premier designation representing her status among the top one percent of individual Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

Five agents from Timberland Properties achieved sales status qualifying them for Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society. This designation places the honorees among the company’s top 10 percent of producers internationally. Earning International Diamond Society honors were Christine O’Shaughnessy and Carol Spinelli from the Margaretville office, Jacqlene Rose from the Sidney office, and Stephen Kaminsky and Melissa Wakin Mostert who are based in the company’s Delhi office.

Six Timberland Properties sales agents qualified for Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Society. To achieve this level, agents place in the top 15 percent of producers worldwide. Earning this honor were: Richard Santos, who works out of the Delhi office, Deborah Gorenflo and Travis O’Dell, from the company’s Roscoe office, and Susan Doig, John Tufillaro and Marta Weisz, who all are based in the Margaretville office.

In another award announcement, Leighton Ashley, from the company’s Boiceville office, received a “Top Producer” designation in the Ulster County Multiple Listing Service.

Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties was established in 1971 and has steadily grown, becoming one of the leading regional real estate companies. Today, Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties offices in Margaretville, Delhi, Stamford, Boiceville, Roscoe and Sidney. The company further enhanced its customer outreach via a merger with the Albany-based Coldwell Banker Prime in 2018.
