CATSKILL — The following is the weekly nutrition menu offered by Greene County Department of Human Services’ Senior Nutrition Program. Served daily with each meal are: Bread or alternative (roll, bun, etc.) with Promise Spread and low-fat milk. Tartar sauce is served with fish meals. Menu is subject to change based on product availability and circumstance.

The menu will be the meal that is delivered to all Greene County homebound meal clients.

All persons 60 and older can receive a meal. The suggested donation for each meal is $4. Those wishing to receive a meal are required to call the respective location at least a day in advance.

Rivertown Senior Center, 39 Second St., Athens, 945-2700.

Jewett: Jewett Municipal Building, Route 23C, Jewett, 263-4392.

If you wish to pick-up a lunch at the Robert Antonelli Senior Center in Catskill call at least a day in advance, the Rivertown Senior Center to reserve.

June 22 through June 29

WEDNESDAY: Chicken Dijon, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, birthday cake.

THURSDAY: Knockwurst with sauerkraut, carrots, baked beans, strawberry shortcake. Low salt: barbecue chicken.

FRIDAY: Tuna macaroni salad over mixed greens, cucumbers and tomatoes, cole slaw, fresh fruit.

MONDAY: Stuffed peppers, corn, lima bean mix, peach cup.

TUESDAY: Lemon baked cod, spinach, carrot coins, rice pilaf, pears.

WEDNESDAY: Hungarian goulash, red cabbage, green beans, egg noodles, pudding.

June 29 through July 6

WEDNESDAY: Hungarian goulash, red cabbage, green beans, egg noodles, pudding.

THURSDAY: Tortellini with meatballs, Italian vegetables, fresh fruit.

FRIDAY: All American hot dogs, potato salad, corn, strawberry shortcake. Low sodium substitute: Cheeseburger.

MONDAY: Closed.

TUESDAY: Chicken and biscuits, mashed potatoes, corn, mandarin oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Stuffed shells with sausage, Italian mixed vegetables, spinach, chocolate cake.

July 6 through July 13

WEDNESDAY: Stuffed shells with sausage, Italian mixed vegetables, spinach, chocolate cake.

THURSDAY: Chicken salad, mixed greens with cucumbers and tomatoes, cranberry juice, pasta salad, fresh fruit.

FRIDAY: Crab topped cod, green beans and carrots mix, rice pilaf, fresh fruit.

MONDAY: Macaroni and cheese, 3 bean salad, stewed tomatoes, pineapple.

TUESDAY: Chicken divan, California medley, white rice, tropical fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Meat lasagna, Italian mixed vegetables, rice pudding with raisins.

July 13 through July 20

WEDNESDAY: Meat lasagna, Italian mixed vegetables, rice pudding with raisins.

THURSDAY: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, fresh fruit.

FRIDAY: Seafood pasta salad, mixed greens with cucumbers and tomatoes, cole slaw, fresh berries with whipped topping.

MONDAY: Sloppy joes, cauliflower, rice, tropical fruit.

TUESDAY: Chicken Dijon, mashed potatoes, Monaco vegetable mix, pears.

WEDNESDAY: Pork chop with gravy, applesauce, corn, lima beans and carrot mix, roasted potatoes, cookies.

July 20 through July 27

WEDNESDAY: Pork chop with gravy, applesauce, corn, lima beans and carrot mix, roasted potatoes, cookies.

THURSDAY: Roast turkey with gravy and cranberry sauce, green beans, sweet potatoes, stuffing, vanilla mousse with fresh blueberries.

FRIDAY: Meatball sub, garden salad, Italian mixed vegetables, fresh fruit.

MONDAY: Beef chili, mixed vegetables, white rice, plums

TUESDAY: Fish Florentine, Italian mixed vegetables, rice pilaf, cookies.

WEDNESDAY: Baked ham with raisin sauce, sweet potatoes, broccoli, fruited gelatin. Low sodium substitute: chicken cutlets with gravy.

July 27 through July 29:

WEDNESDAY: Baked ham with raisin sauce, sweet potatoes, broccoli, fruited gelatin. Low sodium substitute: chicken cutlets with gravy.

THURSDAY: Barbecue pulled pork, cole slaw, carrots, baked beans, fresh fruit.

FRIDAY: Cranberry chicken salad, mixed greens, potato salad, fresh fruit.
