WOODSTOCK — Radio Woodstock & Mental Health America of Dutchess County present mental health first aid, part 1 of the Roundtable Conversation series Jan. 26 with a snow date of Jan. 28 at the Radio Woodstock Studios. Panel starts at 5:30 p.m. and includes discussion and Q&A.

In an effort to demystify all the nuances of mental health and addiction, offer common sense solutions, break down the stigma around these issues, and educate our listeners about how they can access help for themselves or loved ones, Radio Woodstock will host a roundtable discussion. The moderator, Andrew O’Grady, CEO of Mental Health America of Dutchess County, will facilitate a great conversation with guests Victor Zamaloff and Alyssa Carrion from MHA of Dutchess County, and John Richter from NYS MHA, who have personal and professional expertise in mental health first aid.
