SCHENECTADY — Union College announces 2021 Dean’s List honorees. Comprised annually, students with at least a 3.50 grade point average for the entire academic year were honored with the academic achievement.

Western Governors University Teachers College

STUYVESANT — Rachel Dorato of Stuyvesant has earned an Award of Excellence at Western Governors University Teachers College. The award is given to students who perform at a superior level in their coursework.

Hofstra University

HEMPSTEAD — More than 1,900 Hofstra University students earned their undergraduate, graduate, or law degrees in May 2021.

Clark University

WORCESTER, Mass. — The following local residents were named to Clark University’s Spring Dean’s List:

Jonas J. Davis, of Hudson, was named to first honors. Sarah A. Race, of Hudson, was named to second honors. Max Indiana Cohen, of Tivoli, was named to first honors. Isaac N. Esty, of Chatham, was named to second honors.

Elmira College

ELMIRA — Elmira College recently announced this year’s recipients of its annual Key Award. This year’s award was given to 790 students in 14 states. A tradition that goes back to 1935, the Key Award is presented to outstanding students in their junior year of high school or preparatory school. Recepients included: Maya Case of Old Chatham, Ethan Narofsky of East Chatham, Amy Riedel of Elizaville, Ryane Anderson of Germantown, Ariana Camacho of Hudson, Gabirelle Popow of Hudson, Victoria Slade of Valatie, Ethan Wilkinson of Schodack Landing, Cora Austin of Stephentown, Maeve Szwed of Rhinebeck, Brooke Pociask of Rhinebeck, Benjamin Hunter of Copake, Marilyn Roque-Velasquez of Hillsdale.

The Thelma P. Lally School of Education

ALBANY — Alexandra Del Vecchio of Stuyvesant, a Childhood Education/Special Education major, has been recognized by the Thelma P. Lally School of Education at The College of Saint Rose during its 2021 Honors Convocation. Del Vecchio received the Academic Achievement Class of 2021 award. This award recognizes outstanding students from Undergraduate classes who have achieved the highest cumulative GPA in their respective classes.

The Huether School of Business at The College of Saint Rose

ALBANY — Ella Wolfe of Hudson, a Marketing major, was honored at the 2021 Honors Convocation for the Huether School of Business at The College of Saint Rose. Wolfe received the Academic Achievement Class of 2022 award. This award recognizes outstanding students from Undergraduate classes who have achieved the highest cumulative GPA in their respective classes.
