SELKIRK — Bethlehem Grange 137, 24 Bridge St., Selkirk, craft fair/plant sale will be held May 22. Start saving your plant cuttings, rooting plants, small or large potted plants, and hanging plants you would be willing to donate. We’re always looking for the common ones, and the not so common ones. If anyone has a Purple Passion with the fuzzy leaves that are jagged, we would really appreciate some cuttings or rooted plants or potted plants. Of course any others plants are appreciated. We will also be accepting donations of flower pots, all sizes, hanging planters, plant hangers, bulbs, bushes, outdoor plants, small trees, yard tools, small garden tools, etc. Call Carol Carpenter at 518-421-1384 or Charles Ryan at 518-227-8954 to arrange delivery or pick-up. The craft fair/plant sale will be indoors and outdoors, according to COVID 19 guidelines. Marks and social distancing required.

CASTLETON — The Rensselaer-Columbia-Greene Counties Board of Cooperative Educational Services will meet at 6 p.m. April 22 and will be held virtually only for ALL participants via Zoom videoconference. The link can be found on our website at:

ALCOVE — The annual Alcove Community Yard Sale will be held April 24. Registrations may be picked up at the front of the Little Red School House, Route 143, Coeymans Hollow; Alcove Post Office (outside wall) or the Coeymans Town Clerk’s Office. The registrations should be returned by mail to Alcove Preservation Association, P.O. Box 81, Alcove, NY, 12007, by April 17. Treasure maps (donation $1) available the day of the Yard Sale at the Coeymans Hollow Fire House, starting at 8 a.m. The Little Red School House will also hold a yard sale and the museum will open at 8 a.m. Coeymans Hollow Fire House will be selling breakfast sandwiches and will hold a take-out chicken barbecue in late afternoon.

ALBANY— Cornell Cooperative Extension of Albany County will hold a special meeting of the Board of Directors at 6 p.m. April 27 via Zoom. The meeting is being held to review and approve the Association’s revised Constitution. Albany County residents 18 and older are eligible to vote and ratify changes to the Association’s Constitution. KINGSTON — Cornell Law School students will be hosting an Estate Planning Seminar in partnership with Cornell Cooperative Extension noon-2 p.m. April 30. The seminar will include an information session followed by a workshop in which attendees can create their own Healthcare Proxy and Living Will. The seminar will be guided by Jill Miller, Michael E. O’Connor, and Kimberly Rothman, Adjunct Professors of Law at Cornell University. This seminar will be online through Zoom and free.
