THURSDAY: Lemon pepper fish, brown rice, California mixed vegetables, 12 grain bread, milk, peanut butter cookie. Second choice for dining sites only: Turkey with romaine sandwich and soup.

FRIDAY: Goulash, tossed salad, Tuscan mixed vegetables, Italian bread, milk, Bavarian cream.

MONDAY: Vegetarian western omelet, baked sweet potatoes, beets, 12 grain bread, milk, applesauce raisin cookie.

TUESDAY: Spanish rice, brussels sprouts, 12 grain bread, milk, birthday cake.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken stew, Harvard beets, biscuit, milk, applesauce.

FRIDAY: Apricot chicken over rice pilaf, collard greens with bacon, 12 grain bread, milk, tropical fruit.

MONDAY: Chicken rice casserole, Empress mixed vegetables, 12 grain bread, milk, fresh apple.

TUESDAY: Herbed meatloaf with gravy, seasoned mashed potatoes, pureed squash, 12 grain bread, milk, fruit crisp.
