CHATHAM — Hudson Valley Tai Chi instructors, Chris DeRoller and Bobbie Kosnick, will be teaching the basic corrections in the 37 posture form, which is a sequence of movements that make up the Yang Short Form or Cheng Man-Ching form, the national form of Taiwan. Books will be made available to complement the class.
New beginner classes run for 10 weeks at 10 a.m. Wednesdays Sept. 12 through Nov. 14 at the Morris Memorial Building, Park Row in Chatham. Classes are open to beginner students of adults and young adults over the age of 14. Class registration is the first day of class and is $110 for 10 one-hour sessions or $15 per class.
