STATE POLICE

n Dylan T. Abel, 20, of East Durham, was arrested at noon May 10 in Durham and charged with third-degree criminal mischief of property totaling more than $250, a class E felony; second-degree menacing with a weapon and second-degree reckless endangerment, both class A misdemeanors. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Megan E. Smith, 33, of Catskill, was arrested at 7:34 p.m. May 10 in Cairo and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; having a false inspection certificate, an unclassified misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michael S. Pettway, 25, of Schenectady, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. May 10 in Athens and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Justin Robert Gallo, 25, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. May 11 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a class A misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Frank A. Catanzaro, 51, of South Cairo, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. May 11 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Marlon Henry, 40, of Hudson, was arrested at 5:17 a.m. May 12 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with alcohol or drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kelly J. Hall, 60, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. May 12 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Zian Carlsen, 19, of South Cairo, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. May 12 in Cairo and charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent to commit a crime inside, a class D felony. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Adam J. Reese, 27, of Athens, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. May 13 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michael A. Bender, 39, of Cairo, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. May 13 in Cairo and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Aaron Buissereth, 21, of Elmont, was arrested at 9:01 a.m. May 14 in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal nuisance: unlawful conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n An 18-year-old woman, of Cairo, was arrested at 11:37 a.m. May 14 in Cairo and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Matthew R. Elsbree, 20, of Cairo, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. May 14 in Cairo and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Peggy A. Brooks, 38, of Earlton, was arrested at 8:51 p.m. May 14 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony; and first-degree unlawful dealing of a child: alcohol, a class A misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance.

n Cory Q. Picardi, 39, of Earlton, was arrested at 8:51 p.m. May 14 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony; and first-degree unlawful dealing of a child: alcohol, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on her own recognizance.

n Noah O. Casivant, 19, of Cairo, was arrested at 11:34 a.m. May 15 in Catskill and charged with second-degree menacing with a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of $1,500 cash bail.

n Miguel Rodriguez, 22, of Rockville Centre, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. May 15 in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal nuisance: unlawful conduct, a class B misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michael V. Pernice, 30, of Palenville, was arrested at 3 a.m. May 16 in Catskill and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, a class D felony. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Michael P. Reilly, 51, of Greenville, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. May 16 in Cairo and charged with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt: violating an order of protection, a class E felony; two counts of criminal mischief with to intent to damage property, a class A misdemeanor; and trespassing, a violation. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n Patricia A. Trippiedi, 60, of Surprise, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. May 17 in Greenville and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent with a prior conviction and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, both class E felonies. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.
