STATE POLICE

n Lisa M. Raymond, 52, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 11 p.m. April 26 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 17-year-old boy, of Catskill, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. April 27 in Athens and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor; and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was held.

n Thomas A. Pulvertaft, 81, of Earlton, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. April 28 in Cairo and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, a class D felony; and illegal discharge of a firearm, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was held.

n Nathan D. Huber, 26, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:41 a.m. April 29 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Eric M. Bradt, 35, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 6:55 a.m. April 30 in Cairo and charged with menacing a police or peace officer, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, both class D felonies; and third-degree criminal trespassing, a class B misdemeanor. He was held.

n Brad C. Ingraham, 40, of Greenville, was arrested at 9;30 p.m. April 30 in Durham and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, a class E felony and first-time offense; two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17, a class A misdemeanor; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor; failing to keep right on a two-lane road, failing to use a designated lane and driving on the shoulders or slopes, all infractions. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Richard A. Meister, 66, of Kiskatom, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. May 1 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class A misdemeanors. Meister’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Michael W. Gogger, 41, of West Coxsackie, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. May 1 in Coxsackie and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; a motor vehicle license violation of having no license, failing to use a designated lane and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, all infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Patricia A. Sawyer, 65, of Greenville, was arrested at 2 p.m. May 2 in Greenville and charged with torturing, injuring or not feeding an animal, a class A misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket.

n A 12-year-old boy, of Greenville, was arrested at 2 p.m. May 2 in Greenville and charged with torturing, injuring or not feeding an animal, a class A misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket.

n Martin T. Miller, 24, of Athens, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. May 3 in Athens and charged with second-degree menacing with a weapon, fourth-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all class A misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

GREENE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

n Jamie Young, 44, of Freehold, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. April 26 in Catskill and charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Young was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $8,000 bond.

n Antonio Gonzalez, 44, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. April 28 in Catskill and charged with unlawful possession of a personal ID and petty larceny, both class A misdemeanors. Gonzalez was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
