STATE POLICE

n Rafael D. Ramirez, 29, of Albany, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. April 7 in Coeymans and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: narcotic drugs with intent to sell, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic, both class B felonies; eight counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a class D felony; second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, both class A misdemeanors. He was held.

n Aaliyah A. Graves, 23, of Ravena, was arrested at 4:43 a.m. April 8 in Albany and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Jaquan G. Johnson, 23, of Elmont, was arrested at 3:54 a.m. April 12 in Coeymans and charged with three counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, two counts of criminal possession of forgery devices, both class D felonies; and unlawful possession of a marijuana, a violation. He was held.

n Shannon M. Ellett, 36, of Cairo, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. April 12 in Cairo and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, a class D felony. Ellett’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Bruce Hotaling, 42, of Hudson, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. April 12 in Cairo and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Daniel A. Dempsey, 55, of Purling, was arrested at 10:56 a.m. April 13 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny of a credit card, a class E felony. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Neil C. Bowen, 32, of Greenville, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. April 13 in Greenville and charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, a class E felony. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Timothy F. Moreton, 31, of Athens, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. April 13 in Athens and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Thomas M. Moore, 46, of Claverack, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. April 14 in Catskill and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Matthew C. Rogers, 23, of Ravena, was arrested at 2:02 a.m. April 14 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana over 2 oz., a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Valerie M. Tibbs, 49, of Troy, was arrested at 10 a.m. April 14 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree introducing dangerous contraband into prison and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, all class D felonies. She was held.

n Tia M. McEver, 23, of Ithaca, was arrested at 12:03 p.m. April 14 in Coxsackie and charged with second-degree introducing contraband into prison, endangering the welfare of a child, both class A misdemeanors; and violating the state sanitary code, a violation. McEver’s arrestee status is unknown.

n William E. Casivant, 20, of Cairo, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. April 14 in Cairo and charged with second-degree criminal contempt by disobeying a court order, second-degree aggravated harassment, both class A misdemeanors; and fourth-degree stalking: illicit communication, a class B misdemeanor. He was held.

n Patricia A. Brand, 74, of Cairo, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. April 14 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and failing to keep to the right on a two lane road, an infraction. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Sean L. Maroulakos, 44, of Tannersville, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. April 15 in Tannersville and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Cory A. Schoenewolf, 23, of Leeds, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. April 15 in Cairo and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n David J. Hundertmark, 50, of Leeds, was arrested at 4:32 a.m. April 15 in Catskill and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Toni R. Fishman, 49, of Westerly, Rhode Island, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. April 15 in Catskill and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony; fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony; three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, both class A misdemeanors; unlawful possession of marijuana and controlled substances in a non-original container, both violations. He was held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.

n Maria C. Espinosa, 22, of Catskill, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. April 16 in Catskill and charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, a class A misdemeanor. She was held.

n Mitzie M. Cubillo Parra, 44, of Norton Hill, was arrested at 6:45 a.m. April 16 in Athens and charged with criminal mischief: reckless property damage exceeding $250 and petty larceny, both class A misdemeanors. She was released on her own recognizance.

n John Chancellor, 35, of Orlando, Florida, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. April 16 in Coxsackie and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher with a prior conviction, driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, all class E felonies; three counts of criminal mischief: reckless property damage exceeding $250, a class A misdemeanor; an All-Terrain Vehicle violation of speeding, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failing to keep in the right lane of a two lane road, all infractions. He was held.

n A 14-year-old boy, of Canaan, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. April 17 in Lloyd and charged with assault while confined in a correctional facility, a class D felony. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Ghulam Razai, 39, of Coxsackie, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. April 17 in Bethlehem and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: cocaine, a class D felony; two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was held in lieu of bail bond.

n Ryan Sanchez, 20, of Catskill, was arrested at 9:26 p.m. April 17 in Coxsackie and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Zachary C. Shaham, 21, of Palenville, was arrested at 4:22 a.m. April 18 in Bethlehem and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal usage of drug paraphernalia, both class A misdemeanors; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.

n Felisha A. Fleming, 43, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. April 18 in Catskill and charged with two counts of petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Russell Yergey, 19, of Catskill, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. April 18 in Catskill and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joseph M. Saldana, 30, of New York, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. April 18 in Catkill and charged with violating probation, a class E felony; false impersonation, a class B misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.

CATSKILL POLICE

n A 16-year-old boy, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:12 a.m. April 10 in Catskill and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, firearm or knife, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for April 26.

n A 14-year-old boy, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:26 p.m. April 10 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing: entering and remaining, a class A misdemeanor. He has a family court date set.

n A 14-year-old boy, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:27 p.m. April 10 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing: entering and remaining, a class A misdemeanor. He has a family court date set.

n A 15-year-old boy, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:28 p.m. April 10 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing: entering and remaining, a class A misdemeanor. He has a family court date set.

n A 15-year-old boy, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:29 p.m. April 10 in Catskill and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing: entering and remaining, a class A misdemeanor. He has a family court date set.

n Alisha R. Libruk, 29, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. April 11 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for April 26 at 9:30 a.m. Libruk’s hometown is unknown.

n Aaron C. Clark, 32, of Catskill, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. April 11 in Catskill and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in the Greene County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,500 bond.

n James M. Warren Jr., 35, of Athens, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. April 12 in Catskill and charged with two counts of petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He had a court date set for April 12 at 11:30 a.m.

n Roxanne Acevedo, 40, of Leeds, was arrested at 4:53 p.m. April 12 in Catskill and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She has a court date set for April 26 at 9:30 a.m.
