CLAVERACK — Peter Budelman, President of Columbia Golf & Country Club, has announced that the 2018 beneficiary of CG&CC’s President’s Charity Golf Tournament on May 26 will be Columbia County Habitat for Humanity.

With a proud heritage of 20 years, the tournament is always the unofficial kick off of the golf season for the Club’s membership.

Commenting on the announcement, Budelman said, “CG&CC has a core value of giving back to the community. We are delighted to support Habitat’s important and continuing work.”

Brenda Adams, Executive Director, Columbia County Habitat for Humanity added, “CG&CC’s Membership has been supportive of Habitat over the years in so many ways including, Board service, volunteering for builds, and attending fundraising events. Adding the Charity Golf Tournament is just terrific.”
