STATE POLICE

n Nathan R. Shook, 25, of Hudson, was arrested at 7:33 p.m. April 26 in Livingston and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Ryan W. Belcher, 31, of Red Hook, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. April 28 in Claverack and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. His arrestee status is unknown.

n Adrien G. Cadwallader, 37, of Oneonta, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. April 28 in Claverack and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug, a class C felony; fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: cocaine, a class D felony; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was held.

n Ronald S. Gamache, 47, of Higganum, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. April 29 in Canaan and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, a class E felony; reckless driving, an unclassified misdemeanor; failing to obey a traffic device, a one-way violation on a designated road, moving unsafely from a lane, failing to use a designated lane, crossing road hazard markings, a stopping, standing or parking violation on a highway and six counts of drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, all infractions. He was held in lieu of cash bail.

n David P. O’Neil, 21, of Chatham, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. April 29 in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and having no or an inadequate plate lamp, an infraction. He was released to a third party.

n Kody J. Wilber, 24, of Hudson, was arrested at 5 p.m. April 30 in Claverack and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a firearm or weapon, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Rachel L. Taylor, 29, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:50 p.m. April 30 in Canaan and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was issue an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Louis E. Stelling, 38, of Albany, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. May 1 in Chatham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; failing to keep to the right and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, both infractions. He was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Anna L. Pettus, 27, of Dalton, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. May 1 in New Lebanon and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; and a speed violation of exceeding 55 mph, an infraction. She was issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Michael G. Peterson, 47, of St. Johnsville, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. May 2 in Livingston and charged with first-degree falsifying business records, a class E felony; and petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in lieu of bail bond.

n Jonathan X. Martinez, 26, of Utica, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. May 2 in Livingston and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was held.

COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

n Robert McComish, 64, of Ancram, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. April 12 in Ancram and charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree reckless endangerment, both class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of $250 bail and had a court date set for April 25.

n Nathaniel Picardi, 27, of Catskill, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. April 13 in Greenport and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and resisting arrest, all class A misdemeanors. He was held in lieu of $200 bail and had a court date set for April 23.

n Wendy Tiberio, 48, of Claverack, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. April 16 in Claverack and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; and failing to keep right, a traffic infraction. She has a court date set for May 8.

n Lorenzo Lewter, 37, of Hudson, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. April 17 in Greenport and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for May 7.

n Riley Houle, 21, of Niverville, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. April 19 in Kinderhook and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. She was held in lieu of $500 bail and had a court date set for May 1.

n Silas Amlaw, 37, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. April 20 in Hillsdale and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; and failing to stop at a stop sign, an infraction. He has a court date set for May 16.

n Megan Blessing, 28, of Mt. Washington Massachusetts, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. April 20 in Austerlitz and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Blessing was a passenger in a vehicle stopped on state Route 22 in Austerlitz. She has a court date set for May 30.

n Emil Meltz IV, 26, of Ghent, was arrested at 12:04 p.m. April 23 in Ghent and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, fourth-degree criminal mischief, both class A misdemeanors; and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor. He has a court date scheduled for May 14.

n Connor McCaughey, 29, of Millerton, was arrested at 9:02 p.m. April 23 in Clermont and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He has a court date set for May 17.
