n Joseph R. Daprile, 30, of Saugerties, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. April 6 in Greenport and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; and controlled substances in a non-original container, a violation. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Matthew S. Cross, 30, of Valatie, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. April 6 in Kinderhook and charged with first-degree unlawful dealing of a child with alcohol, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kathleen Dunn, 47, of Hudson, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. April 6 in Hudson and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense; and aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se-no prior, an unclassified misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joy E. Patafio, 39, of East Chatham, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. April 7 in Chatham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Tyler V. Heimroth, 25, of Chatham, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. April 9 in Chatham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was released to a third party.

n A 17-year-old boy, of Hudson, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. April 10 in Livingston and charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, a class D felony. He was held.

n James E. Jennings, 30, of Hudson, was arrested at 3:46 p.m. April 10 in Livingston and charged with second-degree menacing with a weapon, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Kayla Dugan, 28, of Nassau, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. April 10 in Rensselaer and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor. Dugan’s arrestee status is unknown.

n Cory G. Cramer, 20, of Stottville, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. April 11 in Ghent and charged with criminal mischief: reckless property damage of more than $250 and third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle, both class A misdemeanors. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Marie A. Shook, 48, of Greenport, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. April 12 in Greenport and charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, aggravated driving while intoxicated: per se with one prior conviction, first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, all class E felonies; using another vehicle without an interlock device, a class A misdemeanor; an equipment violation of failing to dim lights and failing to keep to the right on a two lane road, both infractions. Shook’s arrestee status is unknown.

COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

n Tyler Rossi, 23, of Claverack, was arrested at 8:38 a.m. April 4 in Claverack and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. He was held in the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. He had a court date set for April 17.

n Melissa Layman, 34, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. April 4 in Valatie and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; failing to keep right, moving from unsafely from a lane and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, all infractions. She has a court date set for April 24.

n Rocco Demarest, 23, of Stuyvesant, was arrested at 4:52 p.m. April 5 in Stuyvesant and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor. He has a court date set for April 18.
