STATE POLICE

n Anita M. Bridgham, 55, of Copake, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. March 29 in Livingston and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Todd Mills, 47, of Pine Plains, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. March 29 in Ancram and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Oscar Gomez, 21, of Kinderhook, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. March 29 in Kinderhook and charged with third-degree bail jumping, a class A misdemeanor; and executing a bench warrant, NYS Law Category 9. He was held in lieu of $100 cash bail.

n Gabriel Cascante-Borbon, 32, of Chatham, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. March 29 in Chatham and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing by applying pressure, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Darius M. Fischer, 59, of Waterbury, Connecticut, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. March 30 in Ghent and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated with alcohol or drugs, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. He was released on his own recognizance.

n Kim E. Faxon, 55, of Hudson, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. March 31 in Greenport and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Keshyn E. Henvill, 20, of Albany, was arrested at 3 a.m. April 1 in Kinderhook and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a marijuana over 25 grams, a class B misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Joshua M. Clayborne, 29, of Newburgh, was arrested at 4 p.m. April 2 in Greenport and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. He was held.

n Justin R. Wheeler, 30, of Ghent, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. April 2 in Hudson and charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor and first-time offense. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date

n Nathan L. Hagadone, 36, of Valatie, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. April 2 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. He was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n A 17-year-old girl, of Nassau, was arrested a 2:15 a.m. April 3 in Livingston and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors and first-time offenses; crossing road hazard markings and a speed violation of imprudent speed, both infractions. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Trista L. Dymond, 30, of Nassau, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. April 3 in Kinderhook and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, both class A misdemeanors. She was given an appearance ticket for a later court date.

n Robert J. Heeder, 28, of Craryville, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. April 3 in Albany and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher and driving while intoxicated, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was released to a third party.

COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

n Robert A. Simmons, 29, of Greenport, was arrested at 10:24 a.m. March 28 in Greenport and charged with being a fugitive from justice, a class E felony. He was held in the Columbia County Jail without bail awaiting extradition.

n Umut Tanrikulu, 29, of Philmont, was arrested at 5:19 a.m. March 30 in Philmont and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, both class A misdemeanors. He was held in the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He has a court date set for April 26.

n Brian Kearin, 38, of Clinton Corners, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. March 31 in Ancram and charged with petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and had a court date set for April 4.
