On Saturday, the New York Golf Park in Hudson will be hosting a Chip and Sip event from noon to 6 p.m.
The event is being held as a fundraiser with proceeds benefitting kids in Columbia, Greene and Northern Dutchess County schools through the Playground Golf Foundation.
Included is unlimited use of the driving range, a miniature golf tournament, Closest to the Pin and Long Drive contests, Corn Hole, Bocce and free Northeastern New York PGA Instruction.
Kids under 12 years old play and eat for free.
Online tickets can be purchased at playgroundgolffoundation.org/chipandsip. There is a $25 cost online — $30 the day of the event.
There will also be an auction of a miniature pony that was donated by Mountain Top Farm Events.
Food and drink will be served from Hudson Brewing Company, Hudson Food Studio, Helsinki Hudson, Yummy Kitchen and Red Dot.
The food menu consists of Cherrywood smoked ribs with Memphis sauce, sweet and sour chicken wings, German potato salad, Pasta Primavera, Romaine salad scallion sesame vinaigrette, shoots and cucumber, and 7-hour roasted pork shoulder with white miso barbeque sliders.
